Cette journée d’étude est la seconde organisée par l'université Paris Sorbonne en partenariat avec France Télévisions (Oliver Barrot, émission « Un livre, un jour », France 3).
Consacrée à « Littérature et vie privée », elle rassemble des professeurs de l’université de Paris Sorbonne et de l'université de Lyon 3 ainsi que des intervenants extérieurs, écrivains et juristes, spécialistes du domaine:
