Presentation

The Port Center Working Group will meet on June 24-25, 2025, in Rotterdam (Netherlands). This group, led by AIVP, is specifically dedicated to active members interested in establishing and developing a Port Center. The group provides an opportunity to compare experiences and continuously adapt each Port Center to the societal changes of the port city. It is a working group focused on sharing best practices related to the integration of the port, city, and citizens, as well as promoting the concept.

Since 2014, the group has met annually to exchange insights on the latest innovations in citizen dialogue. Eight workshops have already been organized: Ashdod in 2014, Livorno in 2015, Antwerp in 2016, Le Havre in 2017, Genoa in 2018, Bilbao in 2019, Dunkirk in 2023, and Montreal in 2024.
