Présentation des doctorant.e.s Cifre de la Ville de Paris

A half-day of meetings and discussions with PhD students from the City of Paris, organised by the City of Paris with the support of the Paris IAS.

Presentation

As part of the CIFRE scheme (Industrial Agreements for Training through Research), the City of Paris hosts PhD students within its departments whose theses focus on issues of priority to the municipality. Placed within a municipal department whose work is directly relevant to their research topic, these young researchers gain a unique insight into the workings of a major local authority. In return, their work provides the City with a capacity for reflection and analysis to inform its public policies.

As a think tank and partner of the City of Paris, the Paris IAS contributes to the scientific evaluation of projects.

This half-day event will enable all CIFRE PhD students currently employed by the City of Paris to present their thesis topics.
