Andrew Bricker est professeur associé de littérature anglaise au département d'études littéraires de l'Université de Gand en Belgique. Il est également membre senior de l'Andrew W. Mellon Society of Fellows in Critical Bibliography à la Rare Book School de l'Université de Virginie. Il est chercheur principal pour DELIAH : Democratic Literacy and Humour, un projet financé par le programme-cadre Horizon Europe pour la recherche et l'innovation. Il est l'auteur de Libel and Lampoon: Satire in the Courts, 1670-1792 (Oxford University Press, 2022) et, avec Eric Smith, de We the Raptors: Thirty Players, Thirty Stories, Thirty Years (Simon & Schuster, 2025).
Andrew Bricker rejoint l'IEA de Paris en septembre-octobre 2025 pour un séjour de recherche de groupe dans le cadre du programme collaboratif CAT, en collaboration avec les chercheurs Vicky Breemen, Alberto Godioli, Ana Pedrazzini et Tjeerd Royaards.
