Visit the Hôtel de Lauzun
Located on Île Saint-Louis, the Hôtel de Lauzun is one of the finest examples of 17th-century architecture in Paris.
However, the Hôtel de Lauzun, owned by the City of Paris, is not open to visitors and does not participate in European Heritage Days. Access is strictly reserved for the scientific activities of the Paris Institute for Advanced Study (IEA de Paris), which it has housed since 2011.
The IEA de Paris is an international research centre that welcomes social and humanities researchers from around the world every year.
It is only open to the public on an occasional basis during certain events organised by the Paris Institute for Advanced Study. To find out more, please see our ‘Agenda nos Evénements’ section.
