Presentation

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Paris Agreement, the Paris Institute for Advanced Studies, in partnership with the Vienna Complexity Science Hub, is pleased to present the Socioscope program at a dedicated symposium on December 10.

This project is an example of international cooperation supported by artificial intelligence, reporting on multiple food transformation projects across all continents, thus illustrating the “fundamental priority of protecting food security and overcoming hunger, and the particular vulnerability of food production systems to the adverse effects of climate change” enshrined in the Paris Agreement.

This symposium is organized by Bettina Laville, Honorary State Councilor, President of the Paris IAS, and Honorary President of Comité 21.
