 Since 1992, the research Group on Citizenship, immigration and minorities in the University of Valencia promotes and conducts research, publications and activities in all areas pertaining to human rights directed and coordinated by Javier De Lucas and María José Añón. Members of this group have founded in 2005 the Human Rights Institute at the University of Valencia.
