After studying political science, Eloïse worked in institutional relations at major companies such as Eutelsat and Lagardère before joining Numeum, France's leading professional union in the digital sector.

Since April 2025, Eloïse has been in charge of communications and institutional relations at the Institute. She promotes the Institute's activities and news through all communication channels: social media, website, newsletter and communication materials. She contributes to the Institute's scientific and institutional influence.
