After completing her education in political science and public relations at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, followed by Sciences Po Paris, Irina pursued her career in marketing and project management. She initially worked in large international companies such as L'Oreal and Pernod Ricard before transitioning to the field of international private education with United World College.

At the Paris IAS, she is responsible for planning and organizing the smooth functioning of the management, ensuring effective communication between departments, as well as supporting the planning of institute events and welcoming researchers.
