Pascal Maubert trained as a chef. After having worked long years in the private sector, including within large French traiteurs, such Lenôtre or Dalloyau, he joined the Paris IAS in September 2023 as Chef cook. He is also responsible for order management and the cafeteria. In addition to catering, he is also a building technical assistant.
